THE ORIGINAL PILOT IDEA · NOW MADE VIRTUAL

Keep the original fixed-signage concept. Tailor it to Johnny Jacobs.

The virtual experience uses the original information-signage mockup and pricing structure, then shows how one kiosk could serve visitors at the proposed pilot location.

No expansion assumedOne pilot location only; no parish-wide commitment.
90-DAY PILOT

Measure whether one kiosk earns the right to continue.

The pilot succeeds by improving communication with manageable operating effort—not by creating a large technology commitment.

  1. 01
    Validate the site

Confirm exact placement, power, network, accessibility and installation conditions.

  2. 02
    Define the content

Name the Parish owner, approval path, templates and expiration rules.

  3. 03
    Operate one kiosk

Train staff and run the agreed public-information experience for 90 days.

  4. 04
    Review the evidence

Measure uptime, update turnaround, content freshness, QR interactions, staff effort and visitor feedback.
